1. About These Terms

The tmypgc store is operated by us. These terms apply when you browse or use our store, or place an order through it. They work together with the product details and store policies shown before checkout.

2. Your Use of the Store

When ordering, enter complete and accurate contact, payment, and delivery details. You must be legally able to place the order or, if applicable, have permission from a parent or guardian.

Do not use the store to break the law, make fraudulent purchases, disrupt the store, or access any information or system without authorization.

3. Products and Store Information

Please check the product description, sizing, materials, and care guidance before placing an order. Colors may look different depending on your device or screen. This does not affect your rights if a product is defective, significantly differs from its description, or was sent by mistake.

We take reasonable steps to keep product details, prices, and stock information correct. If an error affects your order, we’ll explain the issue and let you know what options are available. We won’t send a replacement product or charge you more without your agreement. If we’re unable to supply an item, we’ll notify you and refund any payment collected for that item.

4. Prices and Payment

The store and checkout display the applicable price and currency. Any applicable taxes and the full order amount will be shown before you pay.

Standard shipping is free for all orders shipped within the United States. Checkout displays the payment methods you can use. Payments are handled through the providers made available at checkout.

5. Orders and Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Order processing usually takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 5–10 business days in carrier transit. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. More information is available in our Shipping Policy.

For an address correction, order change, or cancellation request, email us at hello@tmypgc.com as soon as you can. We’ll check whether we can make the change before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, the Return and Refund Policy applies.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned by request within 30 calendar days of delivery. We pay for return shipping, and there are no restocking or return handling fees.

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we’ll let you know the outcome. For an approved return, we’ll start the refund to your original payment method within 15 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

7. Shopify and Personal Information

Shopify hosts this store. When you browse or make a purchase, Shopify processes information to provide its commerce and related services. Shopify and other service providers may process information in countries outside your own.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information and how to contact us about your privacy rights. Shopify’s handling of information is described in Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

8. Store Content and External Services

Some materials on this website are protected by intellectual property rights held by us or by others. Buying a product does not give you ownership of those rights. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

A link to an external service does not, on its own, mean that we are affiliated with or endorsed by that service. Check the external service’s terms and privacy notice before using it.

9. Issues, Legal Rights, and Updates

If something goes wrong with the website or an order, contact us so we can look into it and work toward a resolution. These terms do not exclude or restrict consumer rights, statutory warranties, or liabilities where exclusion or restriction is not permitted by law.

We may revise these terms for future use of the store. To the extent permitted by law, an order remains subject to the terms and policies shown when it was placed. We’ll provide notice of material changes when required.
