Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship and Shipping Fees

We currently deliver to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free for every U.S. order. International delivery is not available at this time.

2. Preparing Your Order

Once your order is confirmed and payment has been completed, please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and dispatch it.

Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Order preparation time is in addition to the carrier’s delivery time.

3. Delivery Estimates

Carrier transit usually takes an estimated 5–10 business days after dispatch. From order confirmation, our estimated total delivery window is 6–12 business days, including processing.

These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carrier interruptions, severe weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a substantial delay affects your order, we will share the information available to us and any resolution options required by applicable law.

5. Shipment Notifications

We’ll email shipment details to the address provided at checkout. When carrier tracking is available, the tracking information will be included. It may take some time for the carrier to register the first tracking scan.

6. Address Changes and Delivery Issues

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you spot an error, email us promptly at hello@tmypgc.com. We’ll check whether the address can still be updated before the order is dispatched.

If a parcel seems lost, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but you can’t find it, contact hello@tmypgc.com with your order number. We’ll look into the matter with the carrier and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law. A carrier’s delivery status alone does not automatically close your claim.

7. Returns

You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. We pay the return shipping costs. Before sending anything back, contact us so we can provide return instructions and arrange shipping at our expense.
